Can I retrieve just one FlyBox?
Yes. Request only the FlyBoxes you need in the app. The others can stay in storage. Retrieval is $15 per FlyBox within 300 miles or $30 over 300 miles, based on the last address you sent it from. You’ll see the price before confirming.
How big is a FlyBox?
Each FlyBox measures 24 × 20 × 12 inches externally and holds up to 60 lb. Ideal for clothes, shoes, bedding and books. Pack for shipping and avoid fragile items.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. There is a 3-month minimum, billed monthly, with renewal every 3 months unless canceled. If you cancel during a current term, any unpaid balance for that term is still due.
Can I get my FlyBoxes at a new address?
Yes. Request delivery to a physical address in the contiguous U.S. It can be different from the address you originally shipped from.
