When you need your items back:

Once requested, FlyBoxes typically arrive within 1–3 business days depending on your location. You can retrieve FlyBoxes to any address within the contiguous U.S., and you’ll receive real-time tracking and delivery updates in the FlyBox app.

For same-day shipping, retrieval requests must be submitted by 5 PM ET.
