What are the dimensions of a FlyBox?

Our FlyBoxes are designed with a standard size of 24" x 20" x 12" (5,760 cubic inches). This spacious, durable box is optimized to provide ample room for various items while ensuring efficient handling and streamlined storage within our facilities. As we continue to innovate, we’re exploring additional sizes—stay tuned for future options to better meet your storage needs.

Where are my items stored, and how secure is FlyBox?

Your FlyBoxes are stored in state-of-the-art FlyVault™ facilities equipped with 24/7 security, climate control, and robotic handling for precision and care. Each FlyBox is sealed, shrink-wrapped, and assigned a unique serial number for precise tracking. Climate-controlled storage also protects against environmental risks. Your belongings are stored safely, and only you decide when and where to access them.

How do I schedule a pickup or request a return?

We make scheduling a pickup and retrieving your FlyBoxes simple. With just a few clicks in the app, you can schedule an on-demand pickup or request a return. Choose a free pickup from your home or drop your FlyBoxes off at one of 40,000+ FedEx locations. When you're ready for your items, request a return, and we’ll deliver them straight to your door—or wherever you need them within the contiguous U.S.

How long does it take to retrieve my FlyBox?

Most FlyBoxes arrive within 2-3 business days via FedEx, depending on your location. You’ll get tracking updates every step of the way. Track your shipment in real time through the FlyBox app and receive updates on estimated arrival times. For same-day shipping, submit your request by 5 PM ET.

What can I store in a FlyBox, and who uses FlyBox?

FlyBox is designed for anyone who needs secure, flexible storage—whether you’re downsizing, decluttering, relocating, or always on the move. It’s perfect for:
